This project included the addition of a 22,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building multi-purpose room and renovation of 40,000 square feet of existing space. Both the additions and renovation will include site work, structural concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, painting, drywall, floor coverings, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
