Embry-Riddle Residence Hall II

The new 156,00 square foot, 5 story, 616 bed student dormitories with a 1,000-occupant dining and kitchen facility.  The building also features multiple common spaces areas with conference rooms, study/lounge areas.  Project also included a $2.3M courtyard and walkway expansion throughout the main corridors of campus.
